+++++OLD UNIFORMS+++++++

Since new uniforms cost about $100, request is made that all old uniforms be donated to the troop uniform closet.

This can be done any Tuesday night.

++NEW VENTURE UNIFORMS++ The committee has voted to authorize ventures to wear the new national venture uniform. Looks good and the ventures voted to use the new uniform, subject to committee approval.

**MERIT BADGE COUNSELORS*

Any mom or dad who wants to work as a merit badge counselor may do so. Just pick up forms on any Tuesday night and fill them in. Let us know what merit badges you can help with. This is really need to take pressure off squad leaders who need to be working on other advancement matters. Thanks!!

~~~~RENAISSANCE MAN~~~~~
Michael Walker is a true renaissance man. On one Saturday, Michael sang in an ensemble with 19 other students and they received a I rating, which is the best. He also sang a solo “Beautiful Dreamer” and received a II rating. He ran the 400 relay (and ran a 12 split) and took 3rd place. Then he also ran the 800 relay (and ran a 24 split) and took 1st place. His team set a city record on the 800 relay, beating the Palo Duro team. It was a wild Saturday!! Michael’s ensemble was that morning in Canyon, the track meet was all afternoon at Dick Bivins, and his solo was back in Canyon at 4:00 that afternoon. Where does he get all that energy? No one knows, but Troop 80 is very proud of this renaissance man.
~~You are important to Troop 80.
~~Make Troop 80 important to you.
